Returns​

We have a 14 day returns policy. This means you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. 

 

The returned goods must be unworn or unused, in a resalable state. It should be returned with any original packaging and accesories.

We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to deal with this is submit a return request and then make a new purchase for a replacement item.

If the return is due to defective/damaged items then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are notified of this within 10 working days. After this, clothing will be subject to wear and tear.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund after proof and investigation of the defect.

Original postage charges are non refundable.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, Tracked shipping is recommended.

Cave//Lab is not responsible for lost return shipments.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If eligible you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 working days.
